Rated 4 out of 5 by from ok cross body I bought this for shopping trips. I like a cross body for big shopping trips so you don't have to worry about losing a bag and you can have your hands free. Its perfect for that, light weight and just the right size so not too heavy. Now the down side....I got it in chestnut distressed and it is so hard, not soft like my bags in the past. Its going to take a lot of use to soften this bag and the shoulder strap is very stiff. Please stop changing up the materials. I like the older bags with softer feel. I give this a 4 star because it will work fine for what i bought it for. Softer material would have given it 5 stars.
