Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! I bought my picnic thermal FOUR years ago. Yes. FOUR. And I am STILL using the same one today. And I use it five days a week. I absolutely love it. I am, however, buying a new one solely because I have broken the zipper and my strap is coming apart. I am not complaining, though, because I got FOUR years of use out it. And to this day, I am still using it every day, even with the broken zipper and the strap coming unstitched. And it is STILL keeping my cold drinks ice cold. I work retail 8hrs a day, and 12+ hrs when we do our yearly inventory. And guess what...I've used it on those long days and went home with ice in my plastic water bottles still! I am thoroughly impressed with my picnic thermal and I am hoping that these negative reviews I am seeing are just "user error."
