If you shopped with a Consultant, we do ask that you contact your Consultant before reaching out to Home Office for assistance with your order.
Whether or not you shopped with a Consultant, please contact us if you have concerns about your order within 90 days of your purchase date or within 90 days of the order shipment date by Thirty-One, whichever is later. Personalized items may only be returned or exchanged due to a manufacturer defect or upon further review by the Company. SHIPPING NOTE : Standard shipping for Party and Retail orders is up to 15 business days from the order submission date. A product has “shipped” when it leaves our facility. Our goal is to ship the complete order as quickly as possible.
